Every time I try to get rid of a staff to bring in someone with more stars....the game crashes.

Both the buttons on the window that asking you to fire the coach or not are malfunctioned. No response whether you select 'yes' or 'no'. And it's unable to go back to former page, just stuck at that.

What are doing in the Development Room? I know you guys seeing probably nothing of the Billionens each year earned with fifa /fc but this is hilarious. The management career is still absolutely unplayable without changing and optimizing the coaches staff and increasing the star rating. It takes away a new very important aspect of the game to improve your players and I am lacking dozen of improvements for my players aw well as losing many raised ratings each weak while the simulated AI obviously is in advance.
I beg for a instant quick silent hot fix in the background. We didn't paid 100 bucks for this poor treatment or at least acknowledge something like "there is more than a simple issue with button mapping so we couldn't fix it yet." So you show us we are not just dollar signs for you.
No error message appears, it just brings up the coach shortlist (which it shouldn’t) and freezes the whole game, you then have to close the game and restart it, in turn, losing any progress you have made since your last save. Highly frustrating how many different aspects of the game trigger freezing
