Career mode PL badge glitch

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It happens in both player career and manger mode. Once you complete the 1st season, the sleeve sponsor disappears and a blue pl badge appears on left sleeve(even if u win the league) and it stays there even when u r playing European competition. This only happens with Premier League clubs more specifically Chelsea. Once you win the league a permanent blue PL badge is visible on left arm in every competition. This doesn’t happen with other teams. Only premier league teams.
What happens when the bug occurs? Blue PL badge on left sleeve.
What should be happening instead? Either gold PL badge during league games, remain empty/sleeve sponsor. Do not appear during cup games and european games.
Pl sleeve badge is visible during Europa league game. This also happens in domestic cups games. And if u win league it stays there even though it should at least be gold. This only happens in Premier League teams. As when I plyed with a German team their sleeve spons Stayed the same even with champions badge.
