Career mode yellow/red not showing

Playing career mode, I can basically smash players with out the ref even showing a yellow or a red all game, iv tried to even tackle bad to get shown a red and got nothing. On otherside the AI team also has done the same to me and not got booked or sent off!!!!!!!

Can this get fixed!!!!
