Carrer Mode sim match issue!!!

Which part of the mode? Manager Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? in manger mode, while doing sim match..when you get to the 2nd half and try to make subs for the 2nd time, you are unable to press back, to continue with the rest of the sim. game freezes and have to restart the match again

What should be happening instead? I should be able to continue the match in sim mode after I have made my subs in the 2nd half
