Hi, 

I set up a child account on EA App for my youngest son. 

1. For some reason I cannot link his child account on EA app to my EA account. It lets me add only a teen account and not a child account. How can I link it?

2. As we opened the account together, it was opened in the kid's name and is considered a child account, but apparently, there are some online options unavailable for kids (which was unclear at the time). However, the game is mostly played by my eldest son (15) and myself, and we've found that those online options are unavailable to us as well. How can I change the settings on the child account or switch it to my eldest son (teenager) to make the online options available? Cause it makes no sense that people who mainly play the game find themselves stuck without online options just because the account was opened as a child account for the kid who hardly plays it.
