Cloud saves of progress gone

Hello,

While trying to resolve the DirectX issues on my laptop, the save file on my desktop seems to have been deleted due to repeated restarts and crashes.

I had to start with completely new settings, just like during the initial installation.

Is there a way to restore the save file (>200 hours), e.g., to yesterday?
