Clubs Lobby Mic

Hello, Recently i am facing a weird bug , whenever i join a clubs lobby my mic just breaks down immediately and starts screeching and do some robotic sounds that i have to mute myself on discord and so. I tried reinstalling and repairing the game but none of the worked.
If you could look into this matter would be so much appreciated
