Clubs Playoffs not giving us correct points

Our club was originally 7-1, then we got to the lobby and saw it was somehow 6-1. Our squad got off so a few of us played 2 league games which we lost, we got to the lobby and saw that it counted those as playoff matches, and removed two wins from our record, leaving us at 5-3. So in total we went from 7-1 to 5-3 for no reason.
