What should be happening instead? It should keep me find my friends to play co-op

What happens when the bug occurs? I can't find my friends when i press R2 in the game, and a message appears "Sorry. Something prevented us from fulfilling your request"
What should be happening instead? to be able to find my friends and to send invitation to my friends and play Co-Op matches
