I cant play co-op season with a friend.
When we join to the lobby all the information about team, record, etc. appears as "undefined" and when we try to find a match immediately shows an error that says that doesn't can't find a match.
But this just happens in xbox, because if I try to play from PC with the same account, it works good (but it appears as we have never play with a record in 0)
Please, someone can help me??

just faced the issue in FC26 (again). Was playing with a mate, both of us on Xbox. Then mate switched to PC. We were able to continue playing, but after the running season was completed, the undefined error occured by the next season.
But we were able to find a solution: Normally I was the host and invited him. So to fix the issue, we switched - mate (PC) hosted and invited me (Xbox). So we were able to play. This started a new season, with complete fresh stats (league 5 koop). Now I see my mates name twice in the list, one entry the "broken" Xbox stats, 2nd the "fresh" entry. Also I'm now able to continue hosting and inviting him.

I've been suffering from this problem for months, with no response from EA. It has been posted by my friend at EA Spain, but there is even less movement than here.
I'm surprised there aren't more reports of this problem. We've tried everything; restoring network settings, reinstalling the game and deleting saved data.... Nothing works.
In my case I also have the game for two platforms: PC and Ps5. He plays on Ps5. If we try to play both of us on Ps5, the famous 'undefined' appears and finds no opponent. Completely bug the lobby.
However, if I play from pc and he plays on Ps5, it works.
Have you found a solution? Do you know if there is a way to reset the progress of the co-op season and start again?
