Commentary and Dialogue bug

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Any match, Division rival, Champs, Squad Battle, Kick-off ETC, The commentary and the dialogue is not working at all.
What happens when the bug occurs? No commentary, no dialogue, and when I enable the main menu music option, the music will be played when I play the match (Which I assume shouldn't be played when I'm in the game).
What should be happening instead? There should be commentary and dialogue in the game (Like post match interview etc). And main menu music only be played in the main menu.
Basically, my game does not have commentary or dialogue sounds at all.
It has been like this since September and I have already tried to troubleshoot it with my Nvidia driver update, sound driver update, etc.
But nothing is working, is there anything else I can do to fix this issue?
