companion app transfer market access nintendo switch

I've been playing 3+ squad battles a day for over a week, played other modes as well (career, volta, etc...) and still no transfer market access on the companion app. What gives? Yes I have playtime ...

Been playing and completed the daily 3 games + every day for a month, logged into the companion app every day as well

Single account with no bans and still nothing.

I have bought and sold players and have now 500k coins. Probably hundreds of transactions. 

Playtime enabled but despite I played every day it reports 1 game played this entire week.

This is not working. There is an issue with this. Someone at EA needs to acknowledge this is a bug and resolve.

Has anyone with EA FC 24 that plays on the switch gained access to the transfer market in the companion app?  I am new to switch and have met all the requirements for a week and still unable to access the transfer marker on the switch.  Was curious if there is hope.

    This still not working after another week of daily playing 4+ Rivals games, completing hundreds of SBCs and transfering hundreds of players.

    The playtime does not reflect the matches I played.

    I think this is the issue. 10+ hours in 3 days and only reads that I played 1 match. I noticed it last week and turned off and on the playtime option from both in app and in game. But same thing this week.

    This seem to be clearly a bug. Is anyone at EA going to acknowledge this?

      I've been playing every day on switch for over a month. but no access to the transfer market on the app. halp

        I can’t make it either. No access to ea to make them know this bug. Hope they can do something for the ns Community!!!
