companion app transfer market access nintendo switch

Has anyone with EA FC 24 that plays on the switch gained access to the transfer market in the companion app?  I am new to switch and have met all the requirements for a week and still unable to access the transfer marker on the switch.  Was curious if there is hope.    

This still not working after another week of daily playing 4+ Rivals games, completing hundreds of SBCs and transfering hundreds of players.

The playtime does not reflect the matches I played.

I think this is the issue. 10+ hours in 3 days and only reads that I played 1 match. I noticed it last week and turned off and on the playtime option from both in app and in game. But same thing this week.

This seem to be clearly a bug. Is anyone at EA going to acknowledge this?

I've been playing every day on switch for over a month. but no access to the transfer market on the app. halp

I can’t make it either. No access to ea to make them know this bug. Hope they can do something for the ns Community!!!

I am also having the same issues. hav been playing it for 3 weeks plus. Still cannot access. I meet all requirements but still cannot. 

I have approached EA and everytime they tell me the same standard answer. I asked for help but the solution given wasn't working and yet they do not want to acknowledge the shortcoming. 

Can we gather all feedbacks and give to EA? they seems to not care about our issues.

Ive been playing since it was released on switch & followed every bit of advice & still no access to the transfer market on the companion app, dont know why EA hasnt fixed this yet my friend 

I think EA means to ban the transfer market access in WEB or companian , just to avoid the iligal coin trade.
