Completed Live TOTS Upgrade received no reward
I completed Live TOTS Upgrade and didn't receive the reward. How can this be resolved?

I ahd traded a card in an SBc for a pack but the pack didn't appear in the shop. Neither did my TOTS guaranteed pack appear.
What the matter. my live tots upgrate pack is lose I not open pack yet. and 83 PP and 86 double Iam not do finish all quest but Sbc lose and check to finish buggame * game
- @SPARTANSOLD13R The same thing has happened to me and I have restarted the game 5 times and still no luck

Guys, first check how many packs you have in store? is it 30 packs?
Game only shows 30 packs at a time. Once you start opening packs next packs will appear.
Also, you can view all packs on your App. You will see your Live TOTS Upgrade on App.
I wish my tots live pack vanished put 88 tots in get 88 tots out.
- @sanket_360 I have22pack TOTS upgrade .and do tots upgrade since EA update but not open yet because want to open in div rival reward time but It miss. and I believe player90% play until tots know about limit30pack everyone. so this is not that issue. but it is EA is broken
Who recieve pack back?? I not yet Itell EA help since 4day ago untill now Ea not only notdo any thing but also stupid to feedback
let see together EA no think to response not think to fix .
