Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment and companion/webapp

I am unbanned yesterday in PC platform of FC 24 but i cannot login to Ultimate team and webapp/companion on phone.Every other mode can ve accessed normally except Ultimate team.I beleive it has happened before and i researched about every fix mentioned before but i never had this problem and i am facing this issue now.

@LostShadow97 When i received email of my ban lifted,My heart was full of joy for few minutes until i started Ultimate team.I wish i can get that happiness 😊 back.

I can play clubs perfectly, seasons, every mode bar ultimate team. And I am 100% not banned

Sounds very strange… you have verified files, deleted it and so on? Both the companion app and game?

I got an email today that my sanction has been removed but still can't access Ultimate team.

Ea posted in another thread that it can take awhile for the system to update in game to reflect your unbanning.

It can take 10 days for support to respond after you contact them.

@Hugobert85 I believe you get so many appeals it might be 3. I am not sure just going by what I’ve seen others post. Eventually the ban will stand though and nothing more you can do if ea found you to be breaking the rules.
