Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment and companion/webapp

I am unbanned yesterday in PC platform of FC 24 but i cannot login to Ultimate team and webapp/companion on phone.Every other mode can ve accessed normally except Ultimate team.I beleive it has happened before and i researched about every fix mentioned before but i never had this problem and i am facing this issue now.

@LostShadow97 When i received email of my ban lifted,My heart was full of joy for few minutes until i started Ultimate team.I wish i can get that happiness 😊 back.

@SaViOuR4321 Yes i got unbanned on 30th and sanction has been reversed yesterday.Yeah i have talked with chat support and they said the problem is from their end and they are working on it to fix the issue.

@RadioShaqs If awhile means 1-2 weeks what's the point for us to wait... it's almost last weeks of fc 24. I thinking to contact them this week to ask a refund because at this moment, we can't use the game for what we paid for. I contacted them 2 days in a row speaking with life chat and they keep saying that they will send the report forward to write department... last one that i speak to he was saying that even him has the same issue as us 😅.

@Andrei_12377712 Some are already back to playing after having the ban reversed so might just depend on the situation dunno.

When trying to connect to ultimate team i get the error message: connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment and get logged out. Also when trying to connect to the web app it says "login unavailable, we are currently having trouble with login services" Since its happing both on web app and on the game i suspect it has something to do with my account. And i dont have any bans or sanctions.

Anyone who have had this issue and know a fix?

It feels like the servers are rejecting my account if that makes sense. All other modes in the game works btw

I am still facing the same thing, got unbanned on monday but still cannot access the web app or ultimate team in game. No ea community managers have talked In this chat yet, does anyone care?
