Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment and companion/webapp

I am unbanned yesterday in PC platform of FC 24 but i cannot login to Ultimate team and webapp/companion on phone.Every other mode can ve accessed normally except Ultimate team.I beleive it has happened before and i researched about every fix mentioned before but i never had this problem and i am facing this issue now.

@LostShadow97 When i received email of my ban lifted,My heart was full of joy for few minutes until i started Ultimate team.I wish i can get that happiness 😊 back.

does anyone of you overturned a perm ban? i opened 11 cases from saturday night to this moment there's no update in the email.

I got the same issue and i even talked to them too many time but there answer is same that wait for 1/2 days. My RTG is working smoothly on same pc idk what’s wrong.

you had a perm or 7 days ban?
