Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment and companion/webapp

I am unbanned yesterday in PC platform of FC 24 but i cannot login to Ultimate team and webapp/companion on phone.Every other mode can ve accessed normally except Ultimate team.I beleive it has happened before and i researched about every fix mentioned before but i never had this problem and i am facing this issue now.

@LostShadow97 When i received email of my ban lifted,My heart was full of joy for few minutes until i started Ultimate team.I wish i can get that happiness 😊 back.

The issue might also be that you are spam opening cases, which resets the 10 days I think

It is still not working.EA help page in X should be much more active whoever are handling them. To know about my ban information,I had to go to find different FC content creators page to find out about my problem.This is unbelievable.There is no any information or anything what's happening.There is no update or progress regarding big issues like this.What is this?

@LostShadow97 I am trying to stay positive on this matter but all i wanted to see is progress that we will be taken care of.There is no update in Social media page of this game.Where should we find updates of what's happening exactly?Some are still banned,Some are unbanned and can play normally and some are unbanned and can't play Ultimate team.What's happening exactly?Can anyone update about anything?I just wish to hear some answers and also want to help to this matter with anything i can.

@LostShadow97 another weird thing happened yesterday I got an email saying that I got a sanction removed from my account that I didn't know about, but I still cant get into UT, also for some reason I got an empty email, like nothing in it completely empty from the ea customer experience email??? Starting to lose hope to be honest

also @LostShadow97 how did all these chats happen did the questions all get like merged or something its pretty good to see more people now giving answers or at least with more people acknowledging the problem hopefully EA will realize the problem is so severe and fix it quick
