Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment and companion/webapp

I am unbanned yesterday in PC platform of FC 24 but i cannot login to Ultimate team and webapp/companion on phone.Every other mode can ve accessed normally except Ultimate team.I beleive it has happened before and i researched about every fix mentioned before but i never had this problem and i am facing this issue now.

@LostShadow97 When i received email of my ban lifted,My heart was full of joy for few minutes until i started Ultimate team.I wish i can get that happiness 😊 back.

@SaViOuR4321 Yes I also got an email that my sanction has been removed.Didnt knew about it too.But there is no any updates when we can enter Ultimate team

@QusayDeeb I don't know brother,You should talk with live chat /TOS team regarding your ban.

@LostShadow97 Glad it’s fixed. Maybe it just takes a few days for the unban to take effect in game like ea said. Hopefully others unban will take effect in a few days too.

I am having this issue as of this morning on EA FC 25. I had my ban overturned as I was hacked. Was thrilled to log back into my account. However I get the same message and same issue these guys had on FC24. I can’t get into my ultimate team (FC25). What do I need to do? It is not a connection thing as my alt loads into ultimate team fine. I’ve tried troubleshooting. But I believe this issue is on EA’s end. Not mine. I just wait? Or does EA need to investigate this issue once again?
