Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now...

Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 20/05/2024
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 15:00
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, as other people i know who play the game does not have this issue.
What happens when the bug occurs? It won't allow me to play ultimate team. I get an error message saying - ''Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu'' It then brings me back to the main menu. This happens for any game mode or type I try to play in Ultimate team.
What should be happening instead? It should allow me to play the match or game mode in ultimate team.

I have tried various troubleshooting steps. Restarting router and game, deleting cashe. Using a different router at friends/family. Same thing still occurs.

    Hey @NibzZ 

    Can you use the UT web app or companion app to create a new squad with different players and then check if you can connect online in the game?

    Let's try some other steps that should re-sync your account again.

    1.) Log out and re-login to your Xbox account.

    2.) Power off the console and unplug it for min 2 minutes. This will help clear the system cache and network cache on your console.

    3.) Ensure the date and time match your local time: the Guide (press the Xbox button) and navigate to "Profile and System" and select "Settings". Once in settings, head to "Time"

    5.) Setting DNS to the Google standard can also help.

    Open the guide by pressing the Xbox button on your controller. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings. Select Advanced settings from the Network screen options. Select DNS settings. Select Manual. Enter the DNS settings. Fill in 8.8.8.8 for primary and 8.8.4.4 as secondary DNS. Once complete please try to load and test the game again.
