Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible

Hi!

I just bought the EA FC 24 and I can't even play at Ulitmate Team mode.

The first time I managed to select a nationality for the welcome pack and immediately afterwards the beautiful message "Connecting to Ulitmate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.". I have since read the entire thread on this forum [LINK] dedicated to this problem, followed all the advice you suggested, including running a diagnostic on my connection on your site [LINK], except there is nothing to diagnose since I have never played a match in Ultimate Team. I'm left waiting for help, although over the last few hours I've already managed to regret returning to this game after a long time.

    Hey, all FC Fans,

    The issue should be fixed now, and you should be able to connect to the Ultimate Team without problems. 

    To get the access back, please perform a repair of your game following these instructions (thanks, @poision4869 for your post):

    • EA app:  Clear the cache following our EA Help article steps. Then, from the Library, click the three dots in the upper corner of the EA Sports FC picture and choose repair.
    • Steam: Verify the Integrity of your files following the Steam article.

    Just in case a EA rep is going to say its my internet, I have 3ms ping and 900mb/s up/down. I've restarted everything: Modem, PC, EA app, Steam and reinstalled the game twice on 2 different pc's. I even connected my PC to a Mobile hotspot.

    I've checked if I could find any logging but I couldn't. I tried running Wireshark to see what request is causing the error but the game closes itself when I open it.

    I'm in the same situation. Haven't played since fifa 21, decided to give FC24 a chance when it was basically free in the store but I can't even start ultimate team and even though I've started 3 separate cases in EA help none of them are helping me and just telling me to wait...

    Wait for what?? Is see nothing happening that will help me, and this just confirms that you should never give EA money. 

    Voted worst company in the world for several years for a reason.

    Precies het zelfde probleem nu al uren lang, nog geen 1x ultimate team gespeeld omdat dit de eerste keer moest zijn om te spelen

    If you're still running into errors when you're trying to connect to Ultimate Team, can you give us a bit more info so we can take a look? 

    • Which platform are you playing on? 
    • If you're playing on PC, are you playing the game through the EA app, or are you using another launcher like Steam or Epic Games Store? 
    • What is your Xbox Gamertag, PSN ID, or EA Account ID? 
    • How long ago did you first notice this was happening?

    On PS5 account name Moh_sherif90 

    and just get FC24 today form store and my internet connection is good 

    i even play online with my friend in the game base 

    but when i enter ultimate it shows massage every time i log in ! 
    and i restart my router / repeater / PS5 

    still no changes.

    Bought yesterday on steam sale, never played ea fc 24 before. This issue happened on first launch of ultimate team yesterday. I can access ultimate team through webapp and companion app.

    I'm playing on Xbox series X

    Gamertag is -  SH4K3Y

    I bought the game today and been happening the whole time!

    It's not my connection and I have hard reset router and Xbox also cleared all cache and data and uninstalled and reinstalled the whole game and nothing works just says " connecting to ultimate team is not possible returning to main menu "

    @EA_Kent Playing on xbox. Gamertag DarthSamw1se . I'm getting the same issue. It let me choose a country then nothing, saying can not connect.
