Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible
Hi!
I just bought the EA FC 24 and I can't even play at Ulitmate Team mode.
The first time I managed to select a nationality for the welcome pack and immediately afterwards the beautiful message "Connecting to Ulitmate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.". I have since read the entire thread on this forum [LINK] dedicated to this problem, followed all the advice you suggested, including running a diagnostic on my connection on your site [LINK], except there is nothing to diagnose since I have never played a match in Ultimate Team. I'm left waiting for help, although over the last few hours I've already managed to regret returning to this game after a long time.

The issue should be fixed now, and you should be able to connect to the Ultimate Team without problems.
To get the access back, please perform a repair of your game following these instructions (thanks, @poision4869 for your post):
- EA app: Clear the cache following our EA Help article steps. Then, from the Library, click the three dots in the upper corner of the EA Sports FC picture and choose repair.
- Steam: Verify the Integrity of your files following the Steam article.
