What happens when the bug occurs? a secondary controller appeares even if i have just one controller plugged in and it moves by himself

1. Hi, I opened this ticket because these days I'm having a problem with EA FC 24 and FIFA 23. In particular it detects two pads, one of which is ghost and one real, the ghost one continues to move left and right in the menus and in the game it's impossible to play. very often it only detects the mouse and keyboard and not the pad.
