Controls in menu swapped

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load up a save. Go to news, player hub and player attributes, changing lineup instructions etc The ones where you have the little dots to scroll through
What happens when the bug occurs? The game swaps the traditional right stick scrolling and remaps it to left stick. Which doesn't work as left stick is already used for other things,
What should be happening instead?
As you can see the game asks me to swap between these "tabs" in all places where there are these dot type menus, with the left stick, whilst as shown in the image furthest down its supposed to be with the right stick.
This makes navigating menus difficult and time consuming, as the left stick is also supposed to take me between the other tabs.
Idk how I got this issue, I changed nothing in settings and I'm using the same controller.
