Thank you for the information. I can't pretend to understand it all as I'm over 50 and no IT expert.
However, the fact remains that the ONLY online matches I've won in the last two years of FIFA 23 and FC 24 have been when MS is close to my 10 or when an opponent has chosen to lose, ie concede a goal straight from kick off and then quits.
Nothing else is using my internet connection, it's wired rather than wireless as wireless can be disrupted by EM output from neighbours devices such as washing machines, tumble driers etc when you live in a block of flats and have neighbours above, below, left and right of you.
For example tonight had two consecutive matches where I'm 3-0 down inside 5 minutes of the match clock as opponent with 18 MS blasts past my players of 90+ rating and 90+ pace as if they are at walking speed.

I really don't understand why the online experience I have is so completely garbage.
I've played 8 champions matches today:
1st match - ms 12 I win after being 1-0 up and opponent quiting
Next 5 matches - ms 18-24, players speed and response slower than opponent - in one of these matches 82 rated Joelinton blasted through from midfield 3 times to score without any of my players being able to keep up (team overall rating 94, no player with pace less than 90.
7th and 8th - ms 16, quick off game pauses for me, catches up after 5-10 mins of match time and I'm down 2-0 and 3-0 respectively.
