Hello, I'm playing through the EA APP, I have early access, it crashes at the splash screen with a girl, what should I do?

@omrela4 I am from Ukraine. And I have the same problem. When loading the introductory video, the game just closes.... How tired of EA with these constant problems... If I buy the game next year, I will not take the Ultimate Edition 100%. There's no point in paying more because the game will be full of * for half a year.

I've bought it on EA App, restored EA FC, restored EA App, upgraded my GPU drivers, its still doesn't work :D

SOLUTION: 1. Launch EA APP in offline mode (settings -> offline mode) 2. Launch the game 3. In the main menu, minimize the game4. In EA APP we enter the network5. In the game, go to Ultimate Team -> update the rosters and play!HAPPY GAME EVERYONE!

@omrela4 still cant run the game, online or offline

somehow I've managed to start it, if you bought game on steam, just try to run it from ea app
