Crash on startup

I can imagine you are under the pump here - but any idea of a timeframe for a fix?

I had the same issue then came across the below video, which helped fix the crashing issue I was having:

It was the Easy Gamer Utility program thing that solved the problem for me, annoying that I had to use a program to fix a game that should be working already!

none of the fixes have worked for me either, tried almost everything. 

I was getting a DirectX error crash, unplugging my main monitor seem to have fixed it for me for some reason... 

Same exact problem here. When you spam the A or X button, you can get into the main menu in offline mode. As soon as I try to reconnect the game crashes again, so it's something to do with the EA online services.

PC EA APP CRASH AFTER PRESSING ANY KEY ON START SCREEN

I have reinstalled drivers, no luck

re installed the game no luck

tried offline no luck

repaired files not luck

run as admin no luck

changed game mode no luck

deleted direct x shader cache no luck

error is :

This is the 5th EA game this year that has not worked at launch, Dead Space another driver issue, F1 23 save file error, Immortals of Aveum broken DLSS support, Jedi Survivor the overall state of the PC port and now this

terrible publisher and developer

There is no fix to the above error, I have tried all suggestions from EA and the forums, have to wait for yet another patch from EA for an issue that should never have been in the first place

hey its like 500 more people in other answer hq that have a problem. it is when u press play fc 24 anticheat launches then u wait like 10sec and it close and we back at ea app. is it same here
