Did not recieve founders Haaland

I went on EAFC at 10 past 6 and not get my free 87 Haaland that I should have received for playing before November 1st.

Any suggestions on how to fix?

I played for the first time in september so it's before November 1st and still no Haaland, kinda sad knowing i will miss out on rewards for playing with him but can't do anything about it ig

I have played the game on the trial well before the deadline and to this day still haven’t received it. Can this be resolved ASAP please as it has really annoyed me that the matter of the fact is that I seen this and actioned it but I am yet to see any results for my actions.
please advise?!
