Direct3D could not allocate sufficient memory to complete the call

Beim Spielstart bekomm ich direkt ein DirectX Error obwohl alles geupdated ist (Windows, DirectX12, Grafikkartentreiber) und das Spiel stürzt direkt ab. Ich kann nicht mal ein Speicherstand anlegen

Fehlermeldung ist beiliegend

I am trying to play EA Sports FC 24 and thi is the image I get, when i try to start a game. Any idea how to solve it? I have everything in the newest version, no updates available. Thank you for your help! 

Can you play any game mode? Offline?

I can play volta without problems.

eu não estou conseguindo nem entrar no jogo
