i was playing fut champs play offs and won 6:2 then after it said"ea servers are unable to process your request at the current moment."and kicked me off ultimate team and then when i loaded it back up it said i lost even do i won and there is nothing wrong with my internet so it is not that

Community Manager@J2OJan Hey, that is a pretty generic error sadly and unless it says something like the opponent quit on you, we would end up treating this as a network issue (not a connection issue). There are too many reasons why that error happens to narrow down without specifics.
We would be more than happy to troubleshoot that with you to see if we can prevent it from happening again, but without a more specific error message, it can be a tad more difficult to pinpoint down why it happens.
it said "the ea servers are unable to process your request at the current momment.please try again" and then it kicked me off ultimate team and then i tried to load back into ultimate team and it said "the football ultimate team service is currently expecting a high volume of server traffic.please try again".all i want is to get my win that i should of got

Community Manager@J2OJan I understand that you would like the win. That I am afraid is not something we have the ability to grant to players. We can assist in troubleshooting the main issue of you being disconnected, but there would not be any type of grants for wins or anything like that to the account.
I have such a problem that when I play online with EAFC 24, at the end of the match, it displays an error message, "The EA servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later." He is then thrown out by Ultimate Team. I waited, but nothing changed. What might be the problem ?
