Disconnecting from matchs

I keep getting discounted from EA FC matches but I'm on a wired connection. Also my menu load screen are really slow such as submitting SBCs or loading the transfer widow. Literally anyting moght load with the icon with for a bit and look like it's frozen and then on most occasions i'll get kicked out of Ultimate team back to the main menu of EA FC.
