Display problem in FC24

Hello,

I am experiencing a glitch with FC24 on PC that occurs after selecting the profile in the EA app. When starting the game, the camera zooms in millimetrically abruptly, showing only a very enlarged portion of the screen. This makes the game completely unplayable, as I cannot interact with any in-game menus or functions due to this abnormal enlargement.

Here are the relevant details:

Platform: PC
EA Software: EA App
Actions taken:

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but the problem persists.
I have tried adjusting graphics settings in windowed and full screen mode without success.
I have also checked the integrity of the game files and run repairs through the EA App, but the problem persists.

This problem is seriously affecting my ability to play and enjoy the game, so I would really appreciate your help in resolving it.

Please let me know if you need additional information or if there are other steps I can take to fix this problem.

@0grhn85eifth Is the issue still the same one or something has changed?

If still the same, can you try changing the resolution of the game and running it in windowed mode? You should be able to do that using the Geforce Experience app.

@0grhn85eifth You can try also uninstalling the EA app, there's no harm in doing so.

I will try to uninstall it with CCleaner again, should I uninstall the EA app as well? Or only FC24

Thanks for sharing the video. It's hard to tell exactly what's causing this, to identify if this is related to the settings in your Windows account, you could perhaps create a new Windows user to see if it runs properly there: Manage user accounts in Windows

In case these steps don't help, you could also try uninstalling the game using Ccleaner as that will completely wipe all files from the device, including the settings.

To delete them, you can try using CCleaner to clear out issues and errors.
