Duplicate Glitch (99 Frimpong Futties)

I opened a 84 times 10 and packed 99 Frimpong on the web app. For me this is a very good card and I put him right into my team. Later that day I pack him again on the web app I am very surprised but he is a duplicate so I out him back into the 84 times 10. I go to store it says unassigned item I check its my 99 Frimpong I look send to club wondering what happened but its not there only thing there is quick sell I'm confused I check my club he's still there so I just quick sell thinking it was a glitch I check back a little later wondering why my team rating went down but Frimpong was gone so I check quick sell recovery he's not there. So the game glitched and I lost my 99 Frimpong I don't think this was very fair so I went to EA help and chatted with Charu who told me to put this on the discussion and told me he could not give me any compensation but he did acknowledge that it was the games fault. Please help me with this issue and if it is possible please compensate me as it was not my fault
