EA App Background service blocked

Hi Guys, Recently am facing an issue with the EA app.. am not able to launch FC 24 because the EA app is showing that the app background service is blocked by either Anti virus or Firewall.  I have...

If the previous steps didn't fix the problem, please have a look at this article and double-check if you have any of these programs running as it might be the reason why the background services are being blocked:
