Hi I am getting the following message when trying to access EA Connect and access friends. Can anyone please advise? Thanks in advance.

You’ll need to set up your profile and game settings again, but you don’t lose any of your club / players. That’s all held on the servers. Let me know if re-installing it fixed the issue as that’s my problem at the minute but haven’t gone down this route yet.
How do you do this please? I want to resolve this issue without reinstalling thx
