EA FC 24 - Delay on PS5

I too have awful input delay on PS5 and it’s apparent from a quick google search that many many others have same issues.
I literally cannot play the game any more I’ve deleted it twice and reinstalled, done all settings etc etc. My connection is rated 97%.
It’s as though when playing others online my players are in quicksand, they’re slow, the ball sticks to their feet when I try to shoot resulting in me dribbling into opposing players or the ball will almost pass itself to their keeper. It’s horrible.
If I play career mode offline it’s a completely different game with zero lag, it’s an EA issue and I feel robbed of £69.99, it’s not good enough.
