EA FC 24 deleted from my ps5 store library, says i´ve to buy it again

Question

So as the title says thats the problem, i´ve already sumbitted my case but it got closed and received no email (i´ll insert a screenshot of it) did this happened to any of you? my account changed passwords a couple of times because i´ve almost got hacked by a russian but i think it´s OUTRAGEOUS to make me buy ea fc 24 again after all the hours i´ve poured into it (bought the full game on PlayStation Store). Also, i´ve checked my EA library and Ea fc 25 appears but greyed out, i have to buy an EA subscription to play it on my ps5 whats going on? it would be mental if so. Thanks and hope for someone to respond, happy holidays

I'm sorry to hear you've lost access to your account. Please note that you can recover your EA account by following the steps in this article:&nbsp;What to do if your EA Account has been hacked

Should you need any further assistance, you will need to contact EA Help Support again.&nbsp;

If you're not getting the chat option when trying to contact support, can you please try:&nbsp;

Go to:&nbsp;https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
Select the game you need assistance with or EA App
Select "I want to update my EA Account information"&nbsp;
Scroll down the page to find the "Chat with us" option

If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.
