@suiii777123 Attempt to download a free game from the EA desktop app, such as Apex Legends. Once you start the download, cancel it, and then try accessing EA FC 24. Please inform me whether this solution was effective or not.
@Heman_Superman Didn't work for me. Tried Apex Legends and it worked but then tried EaFC24 and it wont work.
@StackoThank you for informing us that the initial steps were unsuccessful. A common solution we recommend is reinstalling the EA App. You can download it directly from here. Although this might seem like a straightforward approach, it often resolves many issues. When you reinstall and launch the EA App, please ensure you run it as an administrator. This can sometimes make a difference in functionality.

- @suiii777123 If you're still running into this same error can we try setting a different DNS on your system to see if that makes any difference at all? I've seen similar situations in the past, and using a different DNS can sometimes help.
1. Right-click the bottom left windows icon (start menu).
2. Select Network Connections.
3. On the left you will find a tab Ethernet, here you will find an option Change adapter options.
4. When you click on this a new window will open up showing your network card, right-click your network card and select properties.
5. Scroll down till you find the option: Internet protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4).
6. Highlight this by clicking on this once and click on Properties.
7. Here you will find on the bottom the DNS settings.
8. Select the Use the following DNS server addresses.
9. Now fill in the DNS of Google:
Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4
10. Click OK and close this window.
