@Stacko@suiii777123 I recently received an update that might be helpful. Just yesterday, my friend experienced a similar issue. I advised him to contact EA Support to verify the status of his pre-order. Upon doing so, EA Support identified that his EA Sports FC 24 pre-order was still processing, so they cancelled it. He then successfully pre-ordered again and was able to download the game without any problems. I recommend checking your order history to see if your pre-order is also showing as "processing."
i asked them. they said my order is complete but i am not able to download it???
- @Heman_Superman Hi I cancelled the pre order and got it again and it let me preload it successfully thanks for the help. One question though when I originally pre ordered the game I did it on the day it came out so I could get the UCL hero card as it was before august 22nd. As I have had to re buy it will I still get the UCL hero card when it comes out for everyone who pre ordered before 22nd august?
