I purchased a game code on g2a for ea fc 24 on pc to the ea app. I then redeemed it succesfully but it didn't appear in my library and I can't download the game. Please help me with this issue.

You can try clearing the cache here to see if this helps get your game showing up in the EA app normally.
If you're still not seeing it appear after that, you'll need to reach back out to the retailer where this was purchased so they can help address the code issue.

Hello, I cleared the cache but nothing changed. I know there’s no problem with the code from the retailer because I successfully redeemed it on the ea app. However it didn’t appear in the library please help. I could send you the game code if you’d like.

Bro, it's not the retailers fault, the game redeemed in out library, on your site it says that i have the game, than in the ea app library the game doesn't show up. Fix this faster, so we can play, at least give us compensation for all this wait.
