You can try clearing the cache here to see if this helps get your game showing up in the EA app normally.
If you're still not seeing it appear after that, you'll need to reach back out to the retailer where this was purchased so they can help address the code issue.

Hello, I cleared the cache but nothing changed. I know there’s no problem with the code from the retailer because I successfully redeemed it on the ea app. However it didn’t appear in the library please help. I could send you the game code if you’d like.

I contacted the retailer before I came on here. And they said that everything worked fine on their end and that the code was successfully used. They then told me to contact ea support.
