Hello, I cleared the cache but nothing changed. I know there’s no problem with the code from the retailer because I successfully redeemed it on the ea app. However it didn’t appear in the library please help. I could send you the game code if you’d like.

Could it be the case that you have to wait for the full-game release for it to work?

I contacted the retailer before I came on here. And they said that everything worked fine on their end and that the code was successfully used. They then told me to contact ea support.

I totally understand you but the thing is that when I log into the ea website on my iPhone and go to my library it shows that I own ea fc 24.
