I have redeemed a code for EA SPORTS FC 24, yet the game doesn't show up in my library.
I logged in FC Ultimate Team Web App which clearly wouldn't be possible if I didn't own the game, also on the EA Help homepage it shows that i own the game, despite all that the game isn't in my library, I tried restarting the app, restarting my PC, sign out and signing back in, still no results, please help.

I have similarly redeemed a code on the EA App, I then restarted my PC. The game doesn't appear in my library or my downloads - entering the code again confirms it's already been used. Please help.
