did you find any solution i have the same problem the game was stuck on preparing and i only recieved the preorder add-ons but not the actual game

  Same problem for me, I own the game but it doesn't appear on the library. EA fix it asap please !

    I am also having the same issue redeemed my code but can’t find it. Deleted EA FC trial (because I thought it was that) but I can’t seem to find the game anywhere even in my library. Tried restarting, clearing cache, re-downloading the app etc but these haven’t helped. Really hoping there’s a solution soon I just want to play.
