EA FC 24 is not showing up in my game Library

I redeemed a code for EA FC 24, it said code redeemed. Yet The game does not show up in my game library. I tried reusing the code: can't it has already been redeemed. I checked the companion app: A...

@statek96 if you will have problem with fullfiling live chat form try doing it as quest and maybe try other browser. Something from this things worked for me and i could request live chat

    the guy didnt help me just said i had to wait with no time frame or compensation for early access and the game which havent been recieved we could take legal action

      @dragking45 I got help by one of the live chatters by ea. And no problem fixed the last 7 hours.........
