EA FC 24 Player Career: Not tallying contract goals properly

Product: EA SPORTS FC 24
Platform:PlayStation 5

Which mode has this happened in? Career Mode
Which part of the mode? Player Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Restarted the game multiple times and made a different Career save file to see if it's a fluke.
What happens when the bug occurs? I make saves as the Goalkeeper, yet the saves aren't being tallied on my progress towards a contract renewal in the player agent section.
What should be happening instead? The saves should be tallied properly.

    Hey everyone,


    Thank you for your patience and replies.

    We can confirm that pre-season and international matches don't track stats for your player agent objectives (contract goals). So, any progress during these matches will not count for the objectives.

    Additionally, if you make progress on your objectives but decide to simulate the rest of the match, that progress may not be tracked properly in your contract goals. You will need to play/watch the match until it’s over and cheer your teammates from the bench, like a real leader would do, to keep your objectives tracked. 

    We hope this info can clarify how player agent objectives work in the Player Career Mode.

    @Tommyboy10131013 Yes. Just to see if there was any consistency in the issue, which there isn't

    The only changes I made was the team and league I played for and not raising the asking price on my contract. Everything else is virtually identical.

    Yes, some objectives are not working correctly in the new player career mode. Flair pass objective isn't tallying either.

    @dstates00 you might be on to something there. It seems that the flair passes reset and stopped registering when I changed my wage request for my target club

    @LosDiscos I'm also pondering if it matters that you're subbed out at any point in a match. If that's the case, then it's even less reasonable this year to play as a Goalkeeper in the MLS, as they require a higher rating than the Premier League to stay in the game.

    I still have this problem (playing RW) and I hope they fixed it , I have created 2 saves to see if the problem was gonna disappear but it still doenst count the goals.

    It is happening to me as well. I must score 5 headers, i already scored 3 and it appears like if i haven’t. I don’t know how to fix it, i want to stay at the club i am right now, yet with this bug i’m not sure it will ruined it or not

    Also top corner goals does not tally I’ve hit at least 3 and it doesn’t count any of them I need 5

    I tried not requesting a sub and it counted my stats so maybe try that
