EA FC 24 Player Career: Not tallying contract goals properly

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Restarted the game multiple times and made a different Career save file to see if it's a fluke.
What happens when the bug occurs? I make saves as the Goalkeeper, yet the saves aren't being tallied on my progress towards a contract renewal in the player agent section.
What should be happening instead? The saves should be tallied properly.

Hey everyone,
Thank you for your patience and replies.We can confirm that pre-season and international matches don't track stats for your player agent objectives (contract goals). So, any progress during these matches will not count for the objectives.
Additionally, if you make progress on your objectives but decide to simulate the rest of the match, that progress may not be tracked properly in your contract goals. You will need to play/watch the match until it’s over and cheer your teammates from the bench, like a real leader would do, to keep your objectives tracked.
