ea fc 24 quality issues on pc

Hello,

I'm having issues with the quality of my ea fc 24 game. I took my pc somewhere else this weekend and used it to play the game, however I messed with my system's quality and resolution settings. I reset the settign when I came back to my usual setup. Now, when I enter EA FC 24, it looks like the quality is much worse than 1920x1080 (what is said in both my system's settings and the game's settings). On every other application, my resolutions seems completely fine and its only on ea fc than I'm having this issue. I have tried literally everything, I reset all settings, rebooted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled my game and nothings seems to work. What can I do?

    Hey @alaingef 

    You can try to delete the existing settings file from your Documents->EAFC24 folder and see if that helps. 

    The game should then create a new settings file.

    @EA_Pulsar I have the same problem and if I delete the Documents->EAFC24 folder, when the game starts it will be recovered from the EA servers or from the EA Desktop app, in fact I noticed that if I delete and start offline this doesn't happen. Is there a way to prevent it from being reset by the server?
