When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 14.10.2023 --- 17h26:00-17h30:00 approximately, and any further retry throws the same error since.
Summarize your bug I tried to redeem an EA FC 24 code, but it appears to be already used in the EA App. If this is not an error from the EA App (PLEASE confirm), could EA inform me of the date and time when the code has been used, so I can reach the vendor and ask for a new code or a refund. Thank you very much.
