EA FC 24 screen turned white
I was literally in the middle of playing career mode n EA FC 24 and the screen just turned white but I can hear everything. I’ve restarted it the PlayStation put it in rest mode and restarted but it is still the only application that turns white but I can hear the background music and sounds, I’ve never experienced this and it’s so frustrating, can someone please help. Thank tou

Thanks for letting us know what you're running into with FC 24, when you have a moment can we try the following?
- Make sure you have the latest software update.
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
- Perform a power cycle.
- Enter Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
